TERM of RESPONSIBILITY for this SKATING EXPERIENCE ......................................... ................................................................ ... The subscriber to this Skating Experience Booking form is responsible for himself or for a minor whose name he has named under the following terms of service. Assumes full and integral responsibility in relation to himself or her student, for:  a) use the facilities and equipment of the spaces used for personal skating experience, in accordance with the internal regulations for the use of these spaces and I undertake to return them under the same conditions as they were assigned to me.  b) ensure the proper use of the equipment and facilities available, during the period of use while maintaining the experience.  c) personal accidents that may occur during the skating experience, on me or my student. d) damage caused by my person to other practitioners.  e) a respectful and disciplined attitude towards those present. f) costs and liabilities resulting from accidents or damages caused during the experience. It also assumes compliance with the following legislation:  • Law no. 16/2004, of 11 May, in paragraph 2 of article 16, point e) prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages, narcotic substances and psychotropic substances inside the sports grounds. • Law no. 37/2007 in its article 4, point m) prohibits smoking in closed Sports Facilities.
